Mutlu Yem was founded in 1995 by Aslan KÜÇÜK, our Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors. By 1995, it has become a preferred brand with its effective quality management and customer-oriented approach, compromising its "high quality product" target in accordance with the determined standards.
In the livestock sector, which is an economic activity branch seen in almost every region of Turkey, 5 Tons/Hour from care, as much as 2004 Costs, 15 Tons/Hour with “pellet” feed production between 2004 – 2010, 20 Tons/Hour between 2010 – 2019, Since 2019, it has been operating in the mixed feed industry to produce compound feeds needed by livestock restrictions with an annual production capacity of 55,000 Tons/Year. By expanding its product range, it has added poultry group (Feeding Chicken, Chick Starter, Chicken Egg and Freezing Chicken Egg Feeds) to cattle and ovine livestock feed production (Livestock Group, Dairy Group, Lamb-Calf and Ovine Group).
In addition to globalization, advances in communication, transportation and information technologies have also affected livestock services. Parallel to the technological advances (Industry 4.0 Industrial Revolution and Sub-Regulators) in recent years, a rapid transition towards full automation and fully computer-controlled systems has been realized in our company, and the "Zero Error" principle has been adopted. In our company, "management from quality", "high quality products" are produced, which expresses the aim of contributing to the profit maximization of livestock enterprises with high efficiency and TSE standards, according to the audit and the desired result by the senior management.
Raw materials/primary materials and materials are regularly checked by our laboratory staff within the factory. Customer-oriented and proactive solutions are provided according to the needs of each customer with the expert staff (Veterinarian, Zootechnist, Laboratory Technician, Marketing and Sales Department, Finance and Accounting Department) employed in the factory. Our company, which attaches great importance to customer feedback, has adopted a customer-oriented approach before production, production process, sales and after sales. In addition, in order to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction, the installation is carried out quickly with a more effective service quality and with the wide logistics network that the company owns at the desired place, place and time.
In addition to the raw materials (barley, corn, wheat) produced in the hinterland in which it operates, the company, whose supply chain and logistics management is effective, produces high quality products/products special to Mutlu Yeme with high quality raw materials procured from Konya, Karaman, Mersin and Adana regions.
